Wrestlers in grades K-4 practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 PM to 7 PM

Wrestlers in grades 5-8 practice on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7 PM to 8:30 PM


Sundays from 3:15 PM to 5 PM will be open mat time. This is optional mat time for you to come work with our coaches. 

Note that the Sunday open mat start time starts at 3:15 PM since there will be a martial arts group in the facility until 3 PM.

We will practice every Monday and Wednesday in November. 

We will start our Sunday open mat time on Sunday, November 18 at 3:15 PM.  All registered wrestlers are welcome to participate in open mat time. 

If you think you might be interested in wrestling, come visit us and watch one of our practices!  We accept registrations all season, and will prorate program fees accordingly.
