1. This Week's Practice Schedule - High School Spring Training:

Monday, May 14: Attend Regional Training Center Practice at UNC's Wrestling Room from 6PM to 8PM. Visit www.ncwrestling.org for registration and details.

Tuesday May 15 NO PRACTICE TODAY! Do a work-out on your own.

Wednesday May 16: CrossFit TEAM Strength and Conditioning Training 6:30 to 7:30 at CrossFit RDU, 6808-100 Davis Circle, Raleigh, 27613.

Thursday, May 17: High School Freestyle / Greco-Roman Training. 6:30 to 8PM in Richards Hall at Ravenscroft.

Saturday, May 19: CrossFit TEAM Strength and Conditioning Training 11:30 to 12:30 at CrossFit RDU, 6808-100 Davis Circle, Raleigh, 27613.

Summer Wrestling Training will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 to 8PM through August. Look for detailed information on our Summer Traning Program to be posted by May 20.

2. Introduction to Wrestling Class

Monday, May 14: Introduction to Wrestling Class for wrestlers in grades 1-8. Note that the last practice for this group will be Monday, May 21.
