THIS WEEK'S ANNOUNCEMENTS

This Week's Practice Schedule:

Tuesday, January 17: Lightning Group practices from 6:30 to 8PM in the Finley Center Wrestling Room.  Storm Group practices from 7PM to 8:30 PM in the Richards Hall Wrestling Room. 

Thursday, January 19:  Lightning Group practices from 6:30 to 8PM in the Finley Center Wrestling Room.  Storm Group practices from 7PM to 8:30 PM in the Richards Hall Wrestling Room.  

Sunday, January 22:  No Thunder Practice due to TWU Novice competition. 

 Sunday, January 22:  HIgh School Intensive Training Session from 1PM to 2:30 PM in the Richards Hall Wrestling Room (Sundays Through February 19).

Upcoming Competition Schedule:

Saturday, January 21: NCWAY Tournament for our wrestlers with 3+ years of experience at Wake Forest Rolesville High School. Flyer is posted in HOT LINKS section.  Sign up by Tuesday,January  17 at practice or by emailing Coach Joe by Wednesday, January 18 at 9PM at jcesari@capitalcitywrestling.org with "Tournament Registration" in the subject line.

Sunday, January 22: TWU Novice Competition for 1st and 2nd year wrestlers at the JD Lewis Center in Downtown Raleigh. Be there by 12:30 for warm-ups. Wrestling Begins promptly at 1 PM. Wrestlers will wrestle 2-4 matches. Plan to be there until 4PM. Sign up by Tuesday, January 17  at practice or by emailing Coach Joe by Wednesday, January 18 at 9PM at jcesari@capitalcitywrestling.org with "Novice Competition Registration" in the subject line.
